Spartan Kids' Care

To register your child:

1. Go to tridistrict.ce.eleyo.com
2. Click Sign In
3. Log in to your Eleyo account with your email and password or create an account by clicking Create one now
4. Use the Forgot Password link to initiate password reset if you cannot remember your password
5. Click Explore All Programs and select the link to your Child Care Account displayed beneath your name OR select the Program listed and select Register

To register for Non-school Days:

1. Log into your account at tridistrict.ce.eleyo.com
2. Click on Explore All Programs
3. Click on your Account
4. Under Account Management, click on Register for Non-school Days
5. Choose child and click Continue
6. Chose Season and click Continue
7. Select date(s) and click Continue
8. Click on the dropdown arrow next to the date and Choose Location and click Continue
9. Click on Sign up another child if needed
10. Finish registration

If you need to cancel a Non-School Day, you must notify the billing office at least ten (10) business days prior.

To remove Pending drop-in days or Non-School Days:

1. Log into your account at tridistrict.ce.eleyo.com
2. Click on Explore All Programs
3. Click on your Account
4. Scroll down to Current and Upcoming Contracts
5. Click on contract
6. If your drop-days have not been accepted, click on the Remove button beside each date
7. Click on the Remove button next to the drop-in or non-school date you no longer want
8. Click OK

Drop-in days must be requested at least five (5) days prior to the date requested.

To request Drop-in Days:

1. Log into your account at tridistrict.ce.eleyo.com
2. Click on Explore All Programs
3. Click on your Account
4. Under Account Management, click Register Drop-in Days
5. Choose Attending Child and Contract and click Continue
6. Choose Season and click Continue
7. Click on the Before School and/or After School Tier I or After School Tier II (can only be one tier)

There are three calendars – be sure to select the correct calendar.

To request a schedule change to an existing regular school day schedule:

1. Log into your account at tridistrict.ce.eleyo.com
2. Click on Explore All Programs
3. Click on your Account
4. Under Current and Upcoming contracts, click on the school year contract
5. Under Account Management, click on Change Schedule
6. Choose Date Range*
7. Select Days of the Week by Section
8. Click on Change Contract’s Schedule
9. Click Submit Contract Schedule Changes

*Schedule changes require ten (10) business days for all changes and withdrawals

To withdraw from Spartan Kids’ Care:

1. Log into your account at tridistrict.ce.eleyo.com
2. Click on Explore All Programs
3. Click on your Spartan Kids' Care Account
4. Under Current and Upcoming Contracts, click on the contract
5. Click on Withdraw Contract
6. Enter last Day of Attendance
7. Click Request Withdraw

To make a payment:

1. Log into your account at tridistrict.ce.eleyo.com
2. Click on Explore All Programs
3. Click on your Account
4. Under Account Management, click Latest Invoice
5. Click on $ Pay
6. Follow the prompts

To print a payment receipt:

1. Log into your account at tridistrict.ce.eleyo.com
2. Click on Explore All Programs
3. Click on your Account
4. Under Recent Activity, click View All Activity
5. You can print the screen OR open the Payment Receipt email you received from Spartan Kids' Care and print

To add or change your payment method:

1. Log into your account at tridistrict.ce.eleyo.com
2. Click on Explore All Programs
3. Click on your Account
4. Scroll down to Auto Payments
5. Click on Setup Auto Payments
6. Follow the prompts

To view or print an invoice:

1. Log into your account at tridistrict.ce.eleyo.com
2. Click on Explore All Programs
3. Click on your Account
4. Under Latest Invoice, click View
5. Click Download, then print
6. View other invoices under Recent Activity
7. Click View All Activity
8. Click the yellow Invoice button

To view or print a tax statement:

1. Log into your account at tridistrict.ce.eleyo.com
2. Click on Explore All Programs
3. Click on your Spartan Kids' Care account
4. Below Account Management, click on the green Download Tax Information Button
5. Click on the Year to download the PDF
6. You can print and/or save this Tax Statement

Before School: 6:00 AM  to the start of the school day
After School: School dismissal time to 6:00 PM
Non-School Days and Summer: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Please park in the designated parking areas. It is also important to not leave children in the car and that your car is shut off before entering the building. You must sign in when you drop off your child and you must sign out when you pick up your child.

Enter the main entrance on the east side of the building.

The Family Areas are designed to keep Spartan Kids’ Care families informed. They are located in the main area of our sites as close to the entrance as possible. These areas include an iPad to sign in/out, bulletin boards with site activity calendars, a daily schedule, snack menus, and information about Spartan Kids’ Care staff.

Community Partners

To help children in the program become more aware of their communities, the staff and children plan and participate in several community programs. We are always looking for other organizations with which we can become involved. If you have any ideas, please contact the Spartan Kids’ Care staff.

Sign-in & Sign-out

You must sign your child in and out each day. This is important for the safety of each child. If another adult or guardian is picking your child up, inform the staff on site by phone or a note. Staff members are instructed to ID anyone they do not recognize who comes to pick up a child.

If ISD 199 schools are closed or delayed due to weather conditions, Spartan Kids’ Care makes adjustments to its programming. If there is an early closing, families will receive a call, text, and email.

If school is cancelled for the day, Spartan Kids' Care will also be canceled.

If there is a delayed start, before-school Spartan Kids’ Care will be delayed an equivalent number of hours. After-school Spartan Kids' Care will not be affected.

If there is a mid-day cancellation, before-school Spartan Kids’ Care will not be affected. After-school Spartan Kids' Care parents/guardians will be notified of he cancellation. Spartan Kids' Care will stay open until all kids are picked up, but parents/guardians must pick up their child as soon as possible.

If a child becomes ill or is injured at Spartan Kids’ Care, staff will notify the parent(s)/guardian(s). Please remember to keep contact information current with Spartan Kids’ Care. You will need to make arrangements to pick up your child immediately.

If your child will be absent, please inform the staff via a note or phone call to the main site phone number. Site numbers are listed under Locations. You will also receive a business card with your child’s site information on it.

The ISD 199 offers a school breakfast program. Contact ISD 199 Food Service for information on setting up your child’s breakfast/lunch account and other questions you may have by calling 651-306-7822.

Spartan Kids’ Care provides a nutritious snack every afternoon. Snack menus are posted in the Family Area at your child’s site.

On non-school days, you must provide a lunch for your child unless otherwise noted. We prefer you do not send pop/soda as a beverage. We do not have access to a refrigerator, so pack your lunch accordingly. We also do not access to a stove, microwave, or freezer.

The sites are fully equipped with art supplies, outdoor equipment, games, and manipulatives for the children to enjoy. Children are allowed to bring toys from home on designated days.

Please dress your child appropriately according to the weather. Your child will spend time outdoors each day. The children will need a pair of sneakers for gym, outdoor activities, and field trips.

Family members are welcome to volunteer in the program. Volunteers need to be 18 years of age or older. Contact the staff to inform them if you are interested in volunteering. A background check is also required for all volunteers.

The non-school day program is offered from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM on select days when school is not in session. Please refer to the district calendar for the specific dates of non-school days.

A variety of special theme projects and activities are offered on non-school days. While registration for these days is the responsibility of the family, you will be reminded to register in the following ways:

• Each family receives a yearly calendar in September indicating the non-school days and deadline dates.
• District calendars indicate the non-school days.
• Registration is available online at www.tridistrict.ce.eleyo.com
• Reminders are placed in the Family Area at each site.

Once you have registered your child and the deadline has passed, you will be charged for the day(s) unless we can fill your spot. Parents will need to send a disposable lunch unless otherwise noted.

Children take part in many group and individual experiences which encourage physical, intellectual, and social development with a minimum of formal structure in a well-supervised and comfortable environment. Each site offers activities that include arts and crafts, science, reading, group time, homework groups, computers, physical activities, special guests, and field trips. Activities are designed to complement the school day without duplicating it.
